Alder perched atop a silver-black rock, the Abyssinian's tail curled around his large, but slender paws. His two sisters and mate were basking in what sunlight remained of the day. Heron and Splash were expecting, Heron more than Splash. He figured the blue Abyssinian molly would give birth within the next few days. Robin, however, had only been expecting for almost two weeks. She wasn't as large as his sisters.

"Alder," called the tortoiseshell molly. Alder glanced to look down at Robin. "Hm," he murmured letting his golden eyes close. "I think Heron's gone into labor. Splash is helping her to the nursery now. Nobody has seen Fox so I'm gonna help her through this." She said. Alder opened his eyes before steadily leaping down. "I will too,"

"No you won't," came the familiar voice of Splash. "Robin and I have it under control." The sorrel ticked tom scowled. "If anything goes downhill, and I mean anything Splash, you let me know." The fawn ticked molly nodded. Bird followed Splash before smiling back at Alder.

Alder frowned, now worried for his sister. "May she be alright," he whispered to himself. He glanced up catching sight of Crow, the prisoner of the tribe. — Ryewhisker 01:32, September 9, 2016 (UTC)

Reed curled her tail around her paws, the former to-be wondering what to do. it's time to start defying gravity, my love 01:47, September 9, 2016 (UTC)

Alder stared at Crow for a few seconds before lashing his tail. The sorrel ticked tom yawned before walking past the nursery where he heard Robin was coaching Heron through it along with Splash. — Ryewhisker 20:29, September 9, 2016 (UTC)

(so now we have to birds) Bird that Flees From Storm sat alongside her mate, looking at Moth.

Good morning! You're going to die. 01:09, September 10, 2016 (UTC)

Alder eyes the nursery for a minute before curling up to sleep. It had been quite a while since he'd become a sharpclaw. Pretty early for his age, eighteen moons. As the sorrel ticked tom felt his eyes beginning to droop, he welcomed the darkness that came with that.

Robin was coaching Heron through the labor when she hears a small wet plop onto Heron's mossy bed. Heron blinked as the pain subsided just a little. "Just one?" She questioned. The blue ticked molly leaned down to lick her only daughter. A fawn and white ticked she-cat. She resembled Splash very much. "What will you name her?" Splash asked looking down fondly at her niece.

Heron thought for a minute. "Sun that Rises at Dawn." She finally said. The small kitten stirred slightly before curling next to her mother to "eat". Robin smiled and nodded. "Splash let's give these two some privacy."

Splash nodded before wobbling out after the tortoiseshell. "Alder must be sleeping," she gestured to Alder's sleeping form in the sharpclaws den. Splash smiling. Robin nodded before saying a goodnight and joining him. She hadn't really agreed to staying in the nursery just yet and most likely would not.

Alder felt a warm body curl next to his and knew it was Robin. The sorrel ticked sharpclaw snuggled closer before finally going back to sleep. — Ryewhisker 14:57, September 10, 2016 (UTC)

(whoa, I'm officially confused - there are two birds and I am thinking this is going to be very confusing if this continues??? please find a way to ease my confusion - the original bird was bird that flees from storm, and I would prefer that to be the only bird right now. I'm very confused and I really hope this can be changed.) it's time to start defying gravity, my love 15:42, September 10, 2016 (UTC)

(Uh Stormver, its really not that confusing. They both have different descriptions, plus there's a huge difference. They are role played by different users.) Robin lashed her thin tortoiseshell pelt before finally slipping into unconsciousness. Her tail settling beside her left forepaw next to Alder's. The sorrel ticked tom sighed snoring slightly.

Heron gazed down at her daughter. Sun was curled up snoring after she had suckled. The fawn ticked molly shivered slightly in her sleep. This worried Heron, was she not getting enough warmth. The queen moved closer covering her daughters body, but the shivering continued.

Splash sat gazing up at the starry sky. Her pale pelt blowing slightly in the breeze. The sharpclaw stared at the form of a scorpion in the sky. Her head dipped as she peeked out. A pack eat raced past chittering. She smiled, she had been wanting to greet her expecting litter into the world already. — Ryewhisker 16:32, September 10, 2016 (UTC)

(For the sake of characters in the roleplay, I'd say it is too confusing. Clan cats with the same prefix is ok, since they have a different suffix. But Tribe cats only have a single name, and continuously typing a tribe cat's full name when the characters are speaking and referring to a certain character is going to get pretty annoying pretty fast.) Crow sat in his own little private den, staring at the back of the cave's wall with his blue eyes remarkably dull, despite standing out against his night-black pelt. Shine was dead, and nobody suspected that he had killed her, despite the couple getting into a major argument before her death. She had been expecting his kits, and now, she had died from unknown reasons. It had hit the heartless tom hard, and he wouldn't speak to a soul.

Meanwhile, Moon rested his head on his paws while Ember babbled away, energetic per usual. She was constantly talking about Moon's son...her affection for the tom was obvious, although Moon found it odd to have some she-cat mooning over his son. But he also missed that kind of stuff, since his mate was long dead now.Stormstar 16:53, September 10, 2016 (UTC)

(agreeing with stormver/whiskers, it's too confusing imo) Night sat beside his mate, eyes half-closed. The tom had retired from his duties moons ago, and he was getting quite old. (</3) (how many moons shall we say have passed since the....?) --The mind is just a complicated machine 20:05, September 10, 2016 (UTC)

(Problem fixed :/)Robin curled tighter against Alder. Meanwhile, Sun stumbled awake her closed eyes working their way to open but failing. The fawn ticked and white kitten yawned before stumbling back to Heron.

Splash sighed stepping outside the cave. She missed her mate, Kieran. A rogue that had been wanting to join the tribe but had dies after being attacked by an eagle. — Ryewhisker 00:23, September 11, 2016 (UTC)

But he (Crow) was curious. Upon Shine's death, two mysterious kits appeared about four days later, found at the border by Moon. Some suspected that he had fathered them, but Moon had not a clue who the kits were, nor had he ever taken up another mate. Crow didn't think they were Moon's kits either, but...they couldn't be Shine's kits, right? Even if he wanted to figure out if they were, he couldn't go near them, for he was a rotten prisoner, and they were innocent kits.Stormstar 00:47, September 11, 2016 (UTC)

Alder woke several hours later, his pelt was ruffled and messy. The tom walked out slowly catching sight of Splash. The poor queen had lost the tom that fathered her kits. He'd been going to join but he had died. — Ryewhisker 00:54, September 11, 2016 (UTC)

Meanwhile, young Shadow busied himself with his adopted mother, whom he believed to be his actual mother, by asking her a million questions. Unfortunately, because he was not aware of his family, he was also not aware that young Sky was actually his sister. Rather, he simply thought that she was the daughter of another kit-mother. At least she was his best friend.Stormstar 01:02, September 11, 2016 (UTC)

Jay wandered the camp, wondering just what would become of these cats. She was pleased that Heron seemed to be okay, but felt restless with uncertainty. She knew she would do all he could to protect them, but also knew that the coming moons would be hard. She nidded at cats as they passed, and stopped to sit at the edge of the camp, deep in thought. Leo Knapp-Shappey sugar~butter~flour~ 10:33, September 11, 2016 (UTC)

Alder watched Jay survey the camp saying hello to several cats but ignored it. He then turned to talk to Robin but saw that Splash was gone. His eyes widened and he raced forward. Splash! Not far from there he saw that a clump of fawn fur clung to a thin bush. "Splash," he whispered before racing forward and sliding to a stop before the cliff. Splash was no where to be seen. Where was his sister?

Robin stared at Alder before following rushing past Jay, accidentally hitting her shoulder roughly. "Alder, wait!" Her cry went silent as she watched him stop at the edge of the cliff. Splash was no where. "Alder, maybe she left the tribe?" The tortoiseshell murmured trying to comfort her mate.

Heron's ears pricked at Robin's call for Alder. "Robin what's happened?" She asked sternly. Robin eyed Alder. "Splash is gone." She replied. Heron bowed her head. Splash had been talking of going somewhere she could start new. With her kits, maybe she'd thought being a rogue or Clan cat was best? — Ryewhisker 01:27, September 12, 2016 (UTC)

After a long and rather pointless conversation with his adopted mother, Shadow was shooed off from the nursery, and he trotted around the center of camp curiously. He didn't know what to do, really...Sky was busy helping her mother in the nursery. Who would Shadow play with? What would he do? He probably looked awfully awkward just...standing there like an idiot. Oh well.

Moon raised his head as Shadow trotted out of the nursery, and the grizzled former leader couldn't help but to let out a soft sigh. He remembered when Fox was that little...he missed having kits, actually. He secretly wondered if his sister, Sun, in the Tribe of Erupting Volcanoes, had produced any kits as well. He kind of doubted it.Stormstar 02:44, September 12, 2016 (UTC)

Jay jumped as Robin crashed into her, opening her mouth to speak, but before she could say a word the other cat had gone, chasing after Splash. What the...? For a moment she considered following herself, but then seeing Heron join them decided not to crowd them. Splash had obviously vanished. Jay sighed. How many more cats were they going to lose like this? She stood again, restless, and wandered over to Moon. Leo Knapp-Shappey sugar~butter~flour~ 09:01, September 12, 2016 (UTC)

N-Not that he didn't think his sister could be a good mother or anything! She just didn't seem to be the type to...play well with others. But Moon did admire Sun for that, it made her seem like a powerful and independant individiual. The grizzled tabby was snapped from his thoughts as he spotted a cat approaching, and he quickly identified her as Jay. "...Is there a problem?" Not like it really mattered if there was, such matter would have to be brought up with Fox and not Moon, since he had stepped down.Stormstar 20:18, September 12, 2016 (UTC)

Jay smiled at him sadly and shook her head. "Not at all. I'm just feeling a little- tense. I think the rest of the cats are too." She paused, hestitant to continue knowing she had distracted him from his thoughts. She sat down and smiled again. "How are you doing?" she asked, hoping that the question wasn't out of line. Leo Knapp-Shappey sugar~butter~flour~ 17:07, September 13, 2016 (UTC)

It felt good to have someone actually approach and indulge in a conversation that wasn't about issues in the tribe, which always happened when he was leader. No fun conversations about the good things in life, only a plethora of issues. Well, this conversation could turn for the worse, talking about tension and what not, but he hoped it wouldn't. "I'm doing good, just fine..." Moon let his gaze trail across camp. "Just miss my mate, but regardless, I'm very proud of my son. He's a fine leader."Stormstar 19:43, September 13, 2016 (UTC)

Hoping she didn't seem too pitying, Jay nodded in sympathy. She hoped she wasn't being an annoyance to him, but persevered, saying "That makes sense. He is a good leader, we are lucky to have him. I have every faith that he can look after us." She paused, took a breath and said "I have to believe everything will be fine. Despite all the uncertainty, I know we will all be alright."
